This is a stationery mini kit which only comes with stickers, planner card and vinyl sticker (NO STATIONERY ITEM). Every month we create exclusive stickers only dedicate to the current kit, we won't be selling them on our regular shop update.

For our valued US Customers: Due to recent changes in tariff policy imposed by US customs, your order may soon be subject to duties, tariffs and/or other charges on delivery. 

At the moment, some of our products are manufactured in China, which may face a 30% tariff when they cross the border. In order to keep things moving as smoothly as possible, we kindly ask you to place separate orders if your order contains any stationery products, such as notebooks, file folders etc. We are closely monitoring the situation and will update this page should the exemption no longer be available.

Shipping & Returns

US & Canada orders

  • Packaged and shipped with love and care from BC, Canada.
  • Free shipping on orders 100 CAD + (US and Canada only, excluding monthly subscription and notebooks), no code needed.
  • Each package includes a freebie that changes every month.
  • We are currently only offer tracked shipping at checkout. Normal processing day is 1-2 weeks. Please refer to our announcement bar for estimated processing time at the top of the website.
  • We ship worldwide. Shipping rate will be calcuated at checkout.

*Preorders and monthly kits are exceptions. Please refer to the description of the actual product for the estimated shipping time.

 

Returns & Cancellations

  • At this time we don't accept returns, cancellations or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at hello@fadedchronicle.com, we will be more than happy to assist you. Please double check all your information (address, codes etc) at checkout before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

All subscription kits are shipped with TRACKED MAIL by default unless you prefer an untracked service, please email us at hello@fadedchronicle.com to change the current shipping method. 


  • Canada  $10 CAD
  • USA  $10 CAD
  • International  $15 CAD

*Some international zones may have slightly higher costs for tracked shipping due to limited service, such as India, Sri Lanka, Cayman islands and etc. We will email you before we ship your subscription if we found out the shipping rate is higher than what we anticipated. 

SNEAK PEEKS, PAUSING AND CANCELLING (MONTLY KITS)

Preview poster will be available on the first day of the month, you will be able to see the main colour palette and the exclusive art designs. Mini kit design will be available couple days later and will be share on our social media and in newsletter, so make sure to follow us on IG @fadedchronicle and subscribe to our newsletter.
