We started our preorder on July 3rd and the preorder will last until the shipment arrive or until supply lasts. Our production will be completed around late August and will be arrived at both of our fulfillment centres around late September to early October.

Preorder products DO NOT follow the regular processing or shipping timeframe.

If a location shows “In Stock,” this means the item is available for preorder, not that it is ready to ship.

We do our best to ensure everyone has the opportunity to place their orders without feeling rushed. However, as a small company, we must submit our production quantities to our manufacturer early in the process, based on projected demand and the popularity of each planner combination.

We understand that some combinations may have sold out during the preorder period. This is because we reserve a portion of our inventory for wholesale partners and keep additional stock on hand for replacements in the event that planners are damaged during transit.

Once all preorders have been processed and shipped, we will review our remaining inventory and update the available stock on the website accordingly.

We currently operate two fulfillment centres: one in British Columbia, Canada, and one in Illinois, USA. If an item is marked as "Out of Stock" at one location, it means that specific item is no longer available from that fulfillment center.

If the item is still available at the other location, you will need to place a separate order to purchase it. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply when orders are split between fulfillment centers.

All U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) from the Canadian fulfillment centre, meaning there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

All orders are final sale and we are not able to make further adjustments after payment confirmation.

No cancellation, no refunds and no exchanges (no exceptions).

Refunds are only issued if a 'tracked" package is confirmed lost in transit, and only after we contact the carrier and file an official claim. We are not responsible for untracked packages due to policy. Please select your shipping method carefully.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, are outside of our control, and are the responsibility of the customer.
