Thank you for visiting and shopping at faded chronicle. The following are terms and conditions that constitute our shipping and returns policy. 

Domestic Shipping Policy (Canada)

 Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on  holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes:

 If using standard post office for shipping kindly provide us with your PO Box as we will not be able to process your order without it. Additionally, in order to receive it, you must check with your Postal Office in order to schedule a delivery/pickup.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, if you chose shipping with tracking number, you can find it in the email. Additionally, you will be receiving email notifications whenever there is a status update with your package.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Faded chronicle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

Faded chronicle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, you may contact us to help provide you with a possible solution.

 

International Shipping Policy

We do offer worldwide shipping. However, if you do not see your country listed at checkout, please contact us to see if we can add it to our website.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Those delays can be up to a month so if 31 business days have passed, you may contact us to help locate your package.

Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges 

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges but please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

We gladly accept cancellations of your order. Simply contact me on hello@fadedchronicle.com to request a cancellation. For any other query do not hesitate to contact us for further clarification.

Order Modifications / Custom Orders

Once an order is processed I will not be able to modify it. As stated above it can be canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. Do contact me BEFORE making an order if you have any questions. Additionally, I can only sell what you see in the shop. If it is not listed then it's not available for purchase. 

No custom orders are available for the time being. Do let me know of things you would like and if there is enough demand for it I will be happy to add them to the shop.
