Shop Policy
Hi everyone — I want to be fully transparent as a small business owner, as we’ve recently received requests for cancellations, refunds, and exchanges that fall outside of our stated policies. Please carefully review the following:
• All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges.
• Refunds are only issued if a 'tracked" package is confirmed lost in transit, and only after we contact the carrier and file an official claim.
Once your package is handed over to the post office, it is unfortunately outside of our control. For untracked shipping methods, we are unable to take responsibility for lost packages.
If an issue arises, we will contact the carrier and file an official claim where possible. Please select your shipping method carefully, as delivery times can be affected by customs, extreme weather, and other unforeseen delays.
• Processing times may vary depending on order volume. I will do my best to provide updates approximately once a week.
• Preorder items do NOT follow regular processing or shipping timelines.
• If an item shows “In Stock,” this means it is available for preorder, not that it is ready to ship immediately.
• Discount codes cannot be added after an order is placed. Please double-check before checking out.
• Order combining is not available at this time.
• Please read all product descriptions carefully, especially for preorder items.

We are a small business — not Amazon. We do not offer next-day shipping or returns without cause. Every order placed goes toward manufacturer costs, shipping materials, promotion, handling fees, office rent, and more. This business is my main source of income, and as a mom of two, it directly supports my family.
