           Mid-July: Presale starts. Manufacturer imported papers from Japan

           Early-mid September : Production starts

           Late September-Early October: Oversea shipping starts (by fast boat)

           Mid-late October: Planner arrives. Shipment starts

CAN I ORDER OTHER PRODUCTS WITH THE SUBSCRIPTION?

I DO NOT recommend it! Subscriptions will be shipped NEXT MONTH by 15th, so it will take a long time for you to receive your other products. Please make sure you understand this policy before you place your order.

SHIPPING POLICY (MONTHLY KITS)

All subscription kits are shipped with TRACKED MAIL by default unless you prefer an untracked service, please email us at hello@fadedchronicle.com to change the current shipping method. 


  • Canada  $10 CAD
  • USA  $10 CAD
  • International  $15 CAD

*Some international zones may have slightly higher costs for tracked shipping due to limited service, such as India, Sri Lanka, Cayman islands and etc. We will email you before we ship your subscription if we found out the shipping rate is higher than what we anticipated. 

SNEAK PEEKS, PAUSING AND CANCELLING (MONTLY KITS)

Preview poster will be available on the first day of the month, you will be able to see the main colour palette and the exclusive art designs. Mini kit design will be available couple days later and will be share on our social media and in newsletter, so make sure to follow us on IG @fadedchronicle and subscribe to our newsletter. 

You can edit, pause, skip or cancel anytime by logging in your account. Please click the account logo on the right top corner to log in and you will be able to see your subscription page.

*Cancellations must be made before the last day of your next payment. There is no cancellations after that*

We have the code MOMENT10 available all year for 10% off orders with no minimum (with exceptions). Also we have a PR Team availble, please visit our social media to check out the discount code. We occasionally run sales for special occasions such as our shop anniversary and/or group sale. I recommend for you to join our Instagram as I update any events over there first! Our newsletter at the bottom of the website is another great way to be up-tp-date on large events.
