All subscription kits are shipped with tracked mail by default. If you prefer an untracked shipping service, please email us at fcsupport@fadedchronicle.com to request a change to your current shipping method.
We fulfill subscriptions from both of our fulfillment centres:
*Some international destinations may have slightly higher tracked shipping costs due to limited or more expensive shipping services. This may apply to destinations such as India, Sri Lanka, the Cayman Islands, and others.
If the actual shipping rate for your destination is higher than anticipated, we will contact you by email before shipping your subscription to let you know about the additional cost.
Yes! You can pause, skip, resume, or cancel your subscription directly through your subscription portal.

Please note that cancellations and other subscription changes must be made before your next payment date. Once the payment has been processed and the order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
We currently operate two fulfillment centres: one in BC, Canada, and one in IL, USA. If one location shows “out of stock,” please placed your order through the other fulfillment centre.
All U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning there will be no additional charges upon delivery.
Yes you can. But please note that your order will be fulfilled altogether once your subscription is ready.
