Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we are accepting custom orders for our minimal script sheets and minimal icon sheets, please email us at hello@fadedchronicle.com for inquiry.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! We are currently shipping to anywhere as long as our post offices say so :) For orders over 100 CAD from the States and Canada will receive free tracked shipping. For other countries, you will see the shipping rates at check out. If you have any problems, please feel free to email us at hello@fadedchronicle.com

Are your stickers hand drawn?

As much as we want to hand draw our own stickers, we are currently buying cliparts from other artists with commercial licenses. We are hoping to be able to create our own cliparts in the near future.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. After Ordering

How long will it take for my order to be packaged?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks (excludes holidays and weekends) technically unless the order was placed during a sale or event. Please refer our announcement bar for the most current processing time, we are trying our best to pack and ship your order with love. 

*business days does not include weekends and holidays (i.e. 1 week has 5 business days)

Can I cancel or modify my order?

All sales are final sale, so we do not make any changes after payment. So please double check your order carefully before you check out (i.e. contact information or payment information). Feel free to email us at hello@fadedchronicle.com, we will try our best to assist you with your order. 

Can you combine two orders into one shipment?

Sorry we do not offer combining orders anymore. This is to avoid any delays and it's for packing orders effectivaly. Thank you for your understanding. 

Shipping and Delivery

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, shipping, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. And there'll be an email with explaination sent to your email address (the email that you used on your order). Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

When will my order arrive?

Transit times depend on numerous variables such as your location, the season and the shipping method. Especially with COVID-19 related delays, the range is even more unpredictable, however I can give the following rough estimates for your reference from my personal experience within the past few months:

 Domestic Canadian Orders (untracked or tracked) 1-14 business days

 Untracked U.S. Orders ... 8-25 business days

 Tracked U.S. Orders ... 4-12 business days

 International Orders ... 1-8 weeks (heavily depends on your country)

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. We do offer UNTRACKED letter mail service, which your order will be shipped in an envelope, this service has limitations in sizing and weight, please refer to our information at checkout and choose your preferred shipping method accordingly. Also we DO NOT REPLACE ANY ORDERS THAT SHIPPED WITH LETTER MAIL, this is an untracked service so we, nor the post office will be able to locate your package, please opt to TRACKED MAIL service if you want to secure your package. If your order value is more than 100 CAD, we provide free shipping to the States and Canada. 

Letter mail (UNTRACKED AND NOT INSURED): 5 CAD within North America, 8 CAD internationally

ChitChat (Tracked and insured): 10 CAD within North America, 15 CAD internationally (with exceptions) 

Tracked mail via Canada Post (Tracked and insured): 18 CAD within North America, variety rates internationally

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
